Great adventure

On "Good Friday" a group of young men and the service center manager I work with went on a day long hike along the spine of Guam.  we started off at a trail head that was the starting point for a Catholic pilgrimage for thousands of mostly Filipinos.  It was a classic with crosses along the way and people reading from a prepared text at each spot.  At the top of the mountain there are several crosses and more written texts.  They even hauled a 15" cross up the trail to install.  It really was interesting to see.  After we left the crosses on the mountain we headed south for the next 7 1/2 hours.  It was a brutal hike but fantastic country.  We found 5 geocaches that we were the first to find.

Yesterday we had some friends over for conference and noticed the tide was so low that we walked all the way out to island in the bay.  It was really interesting to see the tide out so far.  All is well  and we are doing great.
